@airvistara Frustrated with lack of consistency and consideration.on the website it mentions 24 hours free cancellation rule like most Airlines( including sister airline Airindia) but tried to cancel through agent within 5 mins are booking and Vistara refused. Unfair and inconsiderate!

@airvistara has different cancellation policy on the website and when you reach the agents it’s completely different answer! Frustrated with misleading and unfair policies!
