There are real limitations to mass migration. Indonesians (Balinese in particular) are starting to be concerned about White people moving into Bali in large numbers. They don’t want to be Hawaii 2.0 . Given their history of colonial occupation I’d say it’s a reasonable fear.

@NilesTabula @SeanMcCarthyCom Empty calories The protein has almost no vitamins or minerals in it, the rice is essentially bare carbohydrates, what nutrients are in the salad are mostly chelated and not bioavailable to you So yeah, cheap slop that isn't actually nutritious It's not just macros

A bag of rice is like .50c a serving, a serving of organic chicken thighs is $3 and I also just get $5 organic spring mix which makes 5 big bowls of salad with radishes and red cabbage. Chicken and rice with a big salad and i make a ginger garlic dressing for the salad. I do big batches but it works out to about $4 for my lunch/dinner meal if i do chicken
