What kind of world are we leaving behind? Unfortunately, it is a world distorted by war and war-like language. This pollution of reason comes from the geopolitical sphere and invades every social relationship. Any simplification that creates enemies must be corrected, especially in universities, through complexity of thought and wise exercise of memory.

Elon Musk is bashing Christopher Nolan for #TheOdyssey casting, alleging the director cast Lupita Nyong’o as Helen of Troy because he “wants the awards.”
In additional X posts, Musk re-tweeted posts that mocked Elliot Page’s masculinity and claimed that Nolan was stomping all over Homer’s grave because of his casting choices.

White women did benefit a lot from the old affirmative action stuff back in the day the data backs that up. But does today’s Oscar DEI ‘Non-White’ checklist actually have anything to do with white women? Turning Helen of Troy Black isn’t representation, it’s just sacrificing historical accuracy for diversity quotas
