@LloydsBank After a full reboot of the machine and a retry and then uploading the file in a .txt format rather than CSV it worked. Not sure if it was coincidence or what. Thanks for replying. 👍

@LloydsBank Hi GE, is that the case when it comes to importing BACS files too. I'm experiencing success with Manual payments but not BACS file imports.

@LloydsBank The service status on the website says... You can now log in and make payments" I've not been able to import a BACS file for the last hour! 🤷‍♂️
