I am amazed at complete breakdown of all systems at @airvistara . They are now worse than @airindia . This is the last straw. Some idiot called Mr Dewan has given my phone number as his secondary number and vistara system accepted it - so every time I call they address me as Mr Dewan. When I tell them to correct it - they tell me they are helpless. At the least I think the CTO/CIO should be questioned at @vistara if he/she knows his job . First why did the system accept a phone number from a new client Mr Dewan if the number already existed in their system. Two why can’t the customer service correct it.
