@RockWithboAt @RockWithboAt Claim no (62892545,64557010) It’s disappointing that such a basic bluetooth issue hasn’t been resolved despite multiple service attempts. This experience has been frustrating and has seriously impacted my trust in the product quality and support.

@RockWithboAt I purchased a Bluetooth soundbar from boAt in December 2025, and since day one I’ve been facing constant Bluetooth disconnection issues. I’ve already raised warranty claims twice, and the Bluetooth module has been replaced two times- yet the problem still persist.
