One major training advice that I wish someone had told me when I started running seriously weekly 45 minutes to 1 hour of heat training. It has been a game changer PS: Summer in Bengaluru has decent heat. I wouldn't consider other seasons' weather as the best for heat training (I would rather prefer a treadmill run with a jacket than outdoor)

@keerthisiddeshw Seriously though I think training in this heat gave me an advantage running in cold weather. Not like I have a choice. I hate treadmills.

Sometimes you need to care less. Some people make way too big a deal about running. They get in their heads and turn it into this huge thing. It’s really not. If you missed your last three runs, no big deal. Try again tomorrow. And if you haven’t run in the last three months, that’s okay too. You have to start somewhere. And if you did run, there’s not gonna be a ticker tape parade waiting for you when you finish. Running is your choice. Either way, the weight of the world isn’t on your shoulders. Just put on your shoes and get out there because it feels good. Walking helps too. That’s the point. There doesn’t need to be any pressure beyond that.
