Ordered a ½ kg Black Forest cake from FB Cakes via @Swiggy last night. The cake I received was stale, hard, and tasted expired — definitely not fresh or worth serving. 😞

@Swiggy I immediately reached out to Swiggy support. They asked me to send an email to Swiggy Support — I did. And guess what? I got the same copy-paste reply saying they can’t offer a refund. 😤
