Please do not bullshit. @Incognito_River India has created a law for every single woman to harass and blackmail husband for a huge alimony. That law is called IPC 498a. Even women earning more than double than the husband can take alimony using this law.

I don’t think this is the correct way of going about it. You did the right thing. There’s a reason y the provision of alimony exists in law. It’s not a given,it’s awarded when circumstances warrant it. It’s not to punish any spouse,it’s to rehabilitate a spouse,if there’s a need.
