Apparently, PayPal paid the refund, not eSahar, so he still got away with it, but shoutout to PayPal for correcting their mistake like this!

PayPal finally listened to our (second) appeal and gave us our money back.

eSahar is a brick scammer. I sold and sent him my bricks and 3 months later he claimed his money back through PayPal, because supposedly I hadn't delivered the bricks. PayPal is an accessory to fraud by ruling in his favour, despite my proof of delivery. Spread the word.
