Another day and another game might end up on the wrong side because of wrong decisions unfortunately made again and again. Situation was tailor made for Sherfane to go beserk with Tilak at the other end but the captain wanted to bat himself ahead of the explosive Rutherford who is in rich form.

Not saying this because Hardik didn’t get going today. Wicket falling at 13.4 over , it was an ideal entry point for a destructive player like Rutherford to get in but the idea was to keep the right / left combination which is really an outdated thinking these days in T20 cricket.

Siddharth bowled a very good over for just 10 runs and now Markram the off spinner gets a go because of the two lefties in the middle and concedes 32 in an over. This is just a tactical brilliance.

He is a Leftarm spinner. According to the rule he can’t bowl to lefties. Pls read the rules well before giving your opinion. Akeal will also rest next game because Quinny opens the batting and Tilak might bat at no3 and there is also Sherfane in the middle.

Give Siddharth the ball, he will get one of the left handers out. Don’t label any bowler as a commodity. If he has the character to hang in to fight, it doesn’t matter what he bowls or which hand he lets go of the ball from.#lsgvpbks
