The Washington Wizards are hosting a pre-draft workout on Tuesday, May 26 featuring Virginia’s Ugonna Onyenso, Tennessee’s Felix Okpara, SMU’s Jaron Pierre Jr., Georgia Tech’s Kowacie Reeves Jr., Tennessee’s Ja’Kobi Gillespie, and Virginia’s Dallin Hall, league source say.

I think they are just doing their due diligence to get a sense of the trade value for all their assets. No better time to get info then when everyone in the league is calling you.
But it means we are going to get more really awful reports of them "exploring trades"

Would Giannis’ injury history (and recent off-court storylines) be a dealbreaker?
Personally, if they can keep Sarr/Ky/Trae/#1, I say go for it.
Kyshawn would likely be considered as a trade piece, but the defensive versatility between Giannis and Sarr is intriguing.

@shoooobb I think Sarr has flashed a lot, but I'm worried about how much he actually impacts defense or winning. Our defense was better with Bagley than Sarr.
Hopefully AD can teach him.

For those asking, I think this contract will ultimately come in somewhere around 5/$185 at a $37M AAV. For reference, in 2026-27: $37M would rank 47th overall in the NBA and 7th among NBA centers. Interesting, it would place Duren just ahead of Ruby Gobert on both lists.

I think he's still worth a 25% max, he's still only 22 and noticeably improved every year.
