@RealSTLChatter @NoContextUFL Grass doesn't get torn up that's a non issue as numerous venues like that share with football with zero issues. I agree they don't want them there but the turf conditions isn't the real reason why. The dome is way to big even with 30k but it's the only viable option currently.

@NoContextUFL They won’t ever play there. The MLS team does not want the grass torn up by other competitions. DC United consistently gets rated as one of the worst fields in MLS due to its overuse. And STL leaders will push The Dome especially with the million dollar investment in new turf
