To the parents of the kids drawing all over the pavement on our street — please keep an eye on them.
I get that sidewalk chalk can be fun, but this went way beyond a couple little doodles. The pavement is covered, and it looks like the whole street turned into an art project.
People work hard to keep the neighborhood looking nice, so it’s frustrating to see this much chalk everywhere with no one stepping in or cleaning it up afterward.
Maybe it washes away, maybe it doesn’t right away — but either way, not everyone wants their street covered in drawings. A little supervision and respect for the neighborhood would go a long way.
Would you be okay with this happening right in front of your house?

CHUD LIVESTREAM EYEWITNESS ACCOUNT:
- ‘Tell me exactly what happened.’
So it all started when Chud went to the courthouse on official business. People say he was there for a civil matter, I don't really know what it was for but it makes sense considering he was well dressed in a suit.
He's just taking a stroll talking about his upcoming interview with Harrison smith from infowars saying how it's good to just take a stroll before giving an interview etc. he notices a black couple pointing at him and he walks past them and asks if they're having a good day and if they like his suit. Really just trying to have a conversation with them because they initiated by pointing so he's curious to know what's up.
After he asks how they're doing, the guy responds with "get out of here" or something to that effect and Chud says
"I'm free to be where I want to be"
Black dude says something else and Chud simply walks away. As Chud walks away, the black guy tells him he has PTSD and that he won't put with him calling him a n!gger or say that chimp out stuff to him. Chud then says "or what?
You gonna start chimping out?"
Chud is still recording but walking away.
That's when you can see the black guy stand up from about maybe 50 or 60 ft away from Chud idk exactly how many feet but it was quite a significant distance and he begins to advance towards Chud. Chud stops walking and the black catches up to Chud and they're in each others faces. Literally inches apart. The black guys tells Chud "Call me a nigger" "Mace me. Mace me" trying to provoke Chud and when he gets no response from Chud, he punches Chud in the head. The camera is then knocked to the ground. Seconds later, you can hear 4 or 5 gunshots pop off.
Then you can hear people running towards them and Chud saying "get him off of me"
The rest of the audio you can find online if you look around. But that's what I saw happen live on stream.

Eatherly faces charges including attempted criminal homicide stemming from a shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee, on May 13, 2026. A judge set his preliminary bond at $1.25 million on May 15, citing the seriousness of the charges, the public location of the incident, and other factors.
His fundraiser has raised over $200k + in a short period.
On blocking the funds: Courts in Tennessee (and many other jurisdictions) can hold source-of-funds hearings for larger bonds to verify that the money used to post bail comes from legitimate sources and is not derived from criminal activity.
Prosecutors can challenge third-party or crowdfunded funds in these hearings, requiring documentation of the origins. The arrest warrant specifically states Eatherly stood in a “bladed stance” and reached for his firearm. “Thereafter, a physical altercation ensued.”
Translation, Joshua Fox saw Chud pull his weapon and acted in self-defense.
