Tucker: HS NIL will differ from college NIL because this policy provides structure. "If you want to go out or someone reaches out to you because of your name, that's fine. But you cannot represent your school, you cannot wear your jersey, you cannot use the NCHSAA logo."

@JMBpreps I wish they would factor in student population to sport’s participation numbers. I know that would leave room for false numbers and cheating, but we suffer bad from this. We have 750+ students and only about 100 total participate in sports due to our demographics

@JMBpreps Legislation is going to decide in what ever manner helps charter schools the most, since this is free private school in most areas and their children/grandchildren attend there

First order of business for HB 91 in N.C. should be, find a way to PAY Head Football coaches! Every single year our state loses great head coaches across state lines. North Carolina is a great place to live, coaches shouldn’t have to move out of state to be properly compensated.
