@csharpfritz And one of the really sad things is that people don't want solutions, they are just stuck with what they know and love, so even if we could argument for the good things with .NET, they'll still be stuck in the early 00's when they first encountered it.

I'm really tired of folks bashing the .NET and Microsoft developer ecosystem without really looking at what's available today. As a startup you get free copies of Visual Studio, free developer frameworks, build tools, source control, CI/CD and hosting.

Good way to ensure that no one will steal your lunch box at work again.
