It’s interesting how many cabinet ministers have tweeted about this and how few have tweeted about the Montreal mosque that also had a fire caused by possible arson on the same day.

Disgusted and angered by the fire that devastated Nöam, a well-known kosher restaurant in Montreal. My team and I had eaten there just last month. Montreal police are investigating the fire as arson. It comes amid an alarming rise in attacks against Jewish institutions, businesses, schools and places of worship. The motive must be established quickly, and those responsible must be found, prosecuted and held fully accountable. Antisemitism has no place in Montreal or anywhere in Canada. We will always stand with the Jewish community.
