Daily Mail’s Sophie Stanford has exposed TikTok dealers openly flooding UK schools with lethal “zombie drug” spice vapes. Posing as a schoolkid, she contacted dealers who advertise “THC” vapes that test positive for spice, a synthetic cannabinoid 70% of the time. At least 60 accounts are pushing an estimated £20 million worth. Spice causes seizures, heart attacks, kidney failure and psychosis. It’s more addictive than heroin and doesn’t show on standard drug tests. 14-year-old Freddie Fenson from Dagenham collapsed into a coma after smoking it at 12, spent two months in hospital relearning to walk, then relapsed the day he got out. Another pupil passed out in morning assembly and ended up in a wheelchair. An 11-year-old was caught stealing £3,000 to make and sell the vapes, earning £400 a day. Professor Chris Pudney from the University of Bath warns international gangs are targeting kids via TikTok with cheap, candy-flavoured poison. Parents and schools are fighting a hidden epidemic.
