But, the My Lords have no time to hear a case which is pending since 2017 and have been adjourned more than 75 times and listed for final hearing since last many hearings, because other party is Govt of India. Are the my lords unbiased? Are they sweating for post retirement appointments? Or Govt has their files ready?

I have very high regards for Indian Army & Army Officers. We have gone extra miles to help officers who got falsely accused. But I am just so disappointed today to see entire fraternity supporting a man who behaved nothing less than a goon just because he's an officer The fraternity is not even willing to see all the videos where it is amply clear that the officer began the assault first over baggage weight issue, refused to pay for extra baggage, but giving all kind of excuses to justify his behaviour. And now that the staff has been identified as a Muslim, some people are saying he should have been beaten more. Pathetic! This is why I always say - it is time all frontline staff at railway stations and airports be given body cams. Sab kuch record ho jaaye. Jhooth ki koi gunjaish hi na rahe. In defending their own, the community is giving a message that if any civilian says anything remotely disliked by them, they would resort to violence, assault the person black and blue, having no regards for law of the land. Very sad.
