Yesterday we went double gold in shotput and discus , by the courtesy of the officials who were all too kind, this last throw ended up being a HUGE 58.95 that left the grass torn from the ground . Luckily still walking away consistent around 55m. @MoMileSplit @SeckmanHigh

12th meet ever throwing , and about a year into this sport with joining late last year , that I am a 4X Conference Champion and school record holder for SP/D throws. Yesterdays marks were 55.3m in discus and 16.33 in shotput. @MoMileSplit @FoxC6Schools #trackandfield #throws
