Wearing a “Make America Kind Again” shirt while beating a Trump piñata proves the slogan means nothing. 🙄 The people preaching kindness are always the first to show hate.

@pineconemacro When the populous is uneducated, you have to let them go through a journey of education, that is quite more painful than the cost of education.

Saylor needs a better personal story. His only credible motivation in life seems to be to keep a promise he made to his mother to be one of the worlds most powerful men Not helping humanity. Not family. Not even being rich. Just power and his mom

@enhancedathlete Experienced the same in Chile after the civil unrest. The more desperate they get the more dangerous. They will rob you and the courts will justify it.

My favorite Asian country is no longer the safe haven it once was. For six years I’ve lived here without witnessing theft or violent crime. Yet the real threat has shifted: an increasingly aggressive government targeting foreigners. When a bureaucracy expands beyond necessity, it creates thousands of underpaid officials who see foreigners as easy sources of revenue. What used to be occasional hassles has evolved into systematic, creative ways to extract money. The government itself has effectively turned scamming foreigners into a growth industry. Locals get targeted too, but foreigners are far more attractive—wealthier, often more trusting, and easier to isolate. Officials and connected locals frequently band together, leveraging strong nationalism and anti-foreigner prejudice to justify their actions. What was once one of the world’s most welcoming, free-spirited countries is now burning its hard-earned reputation for quick cash. This shift has happened rapidly over the last few years, which is why so few people are openly discussing it. Victims who lose significant money are often threatened with legal trouble or imprisonment if they speak out, effectively silencing them. As a result, the warnings available to potential newcomers are dangerously inadequate. Bottom line: Don’t fully trust what you read online. Much of the information is censored, sanitized, or outdated. The only reliable insights come from people actually living through it right now. Talk to long-term residents and recent victims before making big decisions about living here. The reality on the ground is changing faster than the internet reflects.

El Salvador keeps building the future 🇸🇻 As of April 2026, the New National Stadium is making strong progress—especially on its most complex phase: the structural roof. Set for completion in 2027, this project reflects the country’s momentum and global partnerships. We see what’s coming next: stadiums, events, and experiences where Bitcoin will be seamlessly accepted—connecting people, commerce, and innovation. The future is being built. ⚡

@SLVNewsEnglish @nayibbukele Exactly. Chileans are Communists. They continually engage in misinformation directly and via mouthpieces, proxies and manufactured concent at more sophisticated levels.

We need very specific people who can fight for the extremely specific breed of science & scientist that makes this the best nation on earth in which to do beyond-cutting edge research. Our Feynmans & Dysons. Our Watsons & Ptashne’s. Our Arrows & Nashs. Stop killing them off.

American Scientists who do not stand up for the independence of fellow American Scientists can be replaced just as easily. We can’t have Professor/PhD pussies. What are you gonna do now? Form a committee? Write a letter? Condemn on Bluesky? Pathetic. science.org/content/articl…

@SteveSimple The boomer is more educated, the college student is not. “If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.” - Thomas Jefferson

I’m still a regular on college campuses and I have boomers at my meetup. It’s strange that a boomer is more likely to be into bitcoin (or any cryptocurrency) than a college student is.

The U.S. has evidence that foreign entities, primarily in China, are running industrial-scale distillation campaigns to steal American AI. We will be taking action to protect American innovation. These foreign entities are using tens of thousands of proxies and jailbreaking techniques in coordinated campaigns to systematically extract American breakthroughs. Foreign entities who build on such fragile foundations should have little confidence in the integrity and reliability of the models they produce. The U.S. government is committed to the free and fair development of AI technologies across a competitive ecosystem, from open-source to proprietary models. Institution = fiat Institutional adoption will never lead to higher transfer amounts on chain because institutions are fiat cucks that have custodial bitcoin and couldn’t create a utxo if their life depended on it
Simple Steve 🌌@SteveSimple

Since 2016, the price of bitcoin has gone from $400 to $120,000, and loads of institutions have poured in, yet the avg bitcoin tx has remained at $100 the whole time Institutional adoption doesn't lead to higher average utxo transfers because institutions don't self custody

The U.S. is a third world country but they don’t know it yet 😢I cant tell you how sad it is to see. It’s even worse to experience. Or be subject to. The break down of all the reciprocity that used to be. All the 20th century institutions that failed to serve the people. That turned into oppression of the people. The only option is to exit and accelerate the fall. “How do you fix a broken system? You attack it”.
