If you still think AI sucks at design check this out.
You need a really detailed design system but amazing on brand designs are possible in Claude. Very proud of this.
I’ll send my design system if people want to see it to model theirs.

I'm 3/3 on CRO tests that I've done end to end in Claude. I hate to sound like AI, but it's not just the speed of dev I'm excited about. It's the direction. For the first time one person can run a really good CRO program. Sure being able to ship design and dev as a non creative, non-technical person is cool. But what's arguably more valuable is the strategy. A lot of CRO programs are just guessing. I've got a CRO skill trained on every test we've ever ran, our heatmap data, every customer and user survey we've ever ran, all of our reviews and outersignal persona data, our ga4 data, and everything i know about CRO and more. Normally it would take a team of a few people tp just do all of this analysis and plan tests. I'm able to do it nearly instantly. I've hired someone to take this over. But this is exciting.

Ok, so I understand and respect this choice 💯
BUT
I feel like local agents and models are the best direction for privacy and to put real people in control of their AI destiny and therefore (sort of) worth the pain now... but I'm also a lil masochist 🙃

i turned off my 🦞 the past week of trying to force it to work with other models was a massive drain and i was able to replicate the vast majority of impactful functionality with a mix of claude cowork + code.

@codyplof @TaylorHoliday Not limited to performance marketing either. And, it’s already pretty much done, it’s just catching up to what’s truly available isn’t easy, but it’s not hard - just time consuming. The only guardrails are how much human curation you want. Right now you need slightly more.

I now 100% agree with @TaylorHoliday thata lot of roles are converging and best in class performance marketing programs will be able to be ran by 1-2 high agency people in the next 6-12 months.
I think it will go in this order:
1. Ecom / CRO / Dev
2. Retention
3. Media Buying
4. Influencer
Creative will either be last or will not happen fully as there will always be the the desire for real, non AI content (That will get much stronger due to AI).
I'm losing sleep over this. If you work in one of these departments, I would take note and do everything you can to learn the new skills needed.

The people who can use things like @openclaw best are those that are really good at training people in organizations. It’s the same damn thing. I’m watching too many people just gorge their AI. It’s gonna grow up to be a mess.
