⚠️Multiple reports of “shots fired” - coming from Jazmin Wooten-Mitchell’s apartment⚠️
•Officers arrived, heard gunshots & moved towards the gunfire.
•As officers climbed the stairwell…Jazmin fired in their direction.
•One officer returned fire - fatally striking Jazzy💥
*When rounds are incoming…the time to de-escalate has long passed✔️
This female officer had the opportunity to de-escalate and wait for backup, the male was emotionally distressed and needed some space, there was no imminent threat so why did she feel the need to put hands on him and push this guy over the edge?
This is a 40 something year old man living with his mother because she has never said no to him and this is the result
@JusticeTasby@Thefactsdude@washghost1 I'd got my rifle and shot that fucking cop in the head. Probably leg first then head shot. My dog is a family member he's had my back more then any human on this earth. If they shot him. No warrant no back up. Trespassing in a uniform is still Trespassing. Bullets would answer.
NEW: Texas officer investigating a fire on private property shoots a dog after being attacked
Last Friday, Arp Police Officer Pereida responded to a large fire behind a residence.
While approaching the fence line to check if the home was in danger, two dogs crawled under the fence and attempted to attack him.
The officer fired two shots from his service pistol, striking one dog.
The injured dog fled, and the second dog continued to approach.
Bodycam footage was activated after the shots and shows part of the encounter.
The dog’s owner later told the chief that “everyone around here knows my dogs will bite” and that the officer should have taken a bite instead of shooting.
Chief Joe Keegan reviewed the footage and ruled the officer’s actions legal and appropriate.
The dog ultimately required euthanasia.
