BOCHKOV: PUTIN’S SENTENCE WAS SIGNED YESTERDAY IN BEIJING The “great strategist and gatherer of lands” now faces only two choices: A TERRIBLE END — or TERROR WITHOUT END. Everything in Beijing happened quietly. No drums. No loud declarations. Just Chinese politeness. But it was there — among the cold smiles of Chinese officials and endless ceremonial rituals — that Putin was effectively handed his sentence. Not a legal sentence. A historical one. Because Beijing made one thing окончательно clear: Russia is no longer an independent center of power. It is becoming a raw-material appendage of China — a vast, exhausted territory burning through people, money, and its future in a meaningless war. And most importantly — there is no exit anymore. The war the Kremlin began as a blitzkrieg has turned into an endless meat grinder. Every new month demands: more men, more money, more fear. The economy is cracking. The regions are emptying. The army is consuming its last reserves. And still — no victory. That is why, after Beijing, Putin’s choices have narrowed to only two. The first: End the adventure. Stop the war. Freeze the conflict. Search for some form of exit. Yes, it would look like defeat. Yes, it would shatter the myth of the “gatherer of Russian lands.” But at least it would leave the country a chance to survive. The second option: Transform Russia fully into North Korea. Not metaphorically. Literally. Total mobilization. A wartime-camp economy. Closed borders. New waves of repression. The complete destruction of what remains of freedom. Children in formation. The entire country under arms. Television replacing reality. Fear replacing the future. Because otherwise this war can no longer be sustained. And here lies the Kremlin’s greatest horror: both roads lead to catastrophe. Ending the war strikes at the very foundation of Putin’s system — a regime that for twenty years survived on the cult of strength and the myth of the infallible leader. But turning the country into a military prison camp is also the end. Just slower. And bloodier. Putin has trapped Russia in a historical dead end where every next step only worsens the situation. Which is why, in Beijing, Xi Jinping was no longer receiving the leader of a “great power.” He was receiving a man with only two exits left — and BOTH OF THEM LEAD STRAIGHT TO HELL. © Valeriy Bochkov

W grudniu 2024 roku została Wysokim Przedstawicielem Unii Europejskiej ds. Zagranicznych — najwyższym stanowiskiem dyplomatycznym bloku.

Russians tortured Ukrainian "Azov" military medic Oleksandr Krokhmaliuk to death in captivity. Oleksandr's body was returned in September as part of a "1,000 for 1,000" repatriation process. According to forensic medical examination conducted in Lviv on September 22, 2025, the cause of death was fractured ribs and blunt force trauma to the chest. Oleksandr entered captivity from "Azovstal," surviving the Olenivka prison camp and the Taganrog torture chamber. His last known place of detention was SIZO-2 (Pre-trial Detention Center No. 2) in Kamyshin, Russia. This is yet another war crime by Russia. Another great loss by Ukraine. Eternal memory and eternal glory to Ukrainian Hero. Russia must answer for all crimes against Ukraine and Ukrainians. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have officially liberated the legendary Mala Tokmachka on the Orikhiv front. The occupiers spent nearly 1,500 days unsuccessfully trying to storm this small village. To understand the scale of this historic humiliation, one only has to compare it to some of history’s greatest sieges. The Russian army spent longer fighting for a few streets in Zaporizhzhia region than the Siege of Leningrad, the Siege of Carthage, and even the Great Siege of Gibraltar lasted. Four years of insane frontal assaults and mountains of destroyed equipment ended in the absolute triumph of Ukrainian defenders — and yet another shameful retreat by the invaders.

It’s a rough time to be a scientist. You spend decades learning how to measure things properly. How to separate signal from noise. How to distinguish hazard from risk. And then you open your phone and watch fear beat data - again and again and again. In the lab, we argue about controls, concentrations, confidence intervals. Online, people argue about screenshots, podcasters and blogs. This little molecule in my hand? The dose matters. Exposure matters. Evidence matters. Being a scientist today means doing more than running experiments. It means explaining, clarifying, correcting - over and over and over again. So yes - it’s a rough time to be a scientist. But it’s also the most important time to speak up.

🚨 In March, Nintendo sued the United States government over Trump's tariffs; demanding a full refund with interest. Nintendo. The company that makes Mario. That survived every console war. That has never once been political. Just sued the President of the United States. This week, the refunds started. $35 billion is now flowing to corporations. FedEx. Costco. Dyson. L'Oreal. Bausch & Lomb. 1,000+ companies. Zero is flowing to families. Yale Budget Lab: the average American household paid $1,751 in higher prices last year because of those tariffs. Nintendo is getting refunded. You are not.

Eight-year-old Mia was selling cups of lemonade for fifty cents each, hoping to help pay for her cancer treatment. She didn’t know that a local motorcycle club had just been talking about her at their meeting. Mia sat behind her small lemonade stand, her head bald from chemo and her body tired, but she refused to give up. Her mom, Sarah, watched from the window, her heart aching but full of pride. Sarah had told Mia they didn’t really need the money, but she knew it wasn’t about that. This was Mia’s way of fighting back — her way of staying strong and hopeful. After an hour in the cool autumn air, Mia heard a deep rumble coming down the street. A big man on a Harley-Davidson stopped beside her stand. He wore a black leather jacket, had tattoos, and a long beard. Even though he looked tough, his voice was kind. “What’s the special today, boss?” he asked. “Lemonade,” Mia said quietly. “It’s… fifty cents.” “Looks like the good kind,” he said with a smile. Instead of pulling out his wallet, he walked back to his motorcycle, opened a heavy leather bag, and placed it on her table. “I’m not thirsty,” he said softly. “But give this to your mom. It’s for your treatment.” Mia nodded, not really understanding, and thanked him. The man gave her a small nod, started his bike, and rode away. When Sarah came outside and opened the bag, she froze. Inside was more than $4,000 in cash and a small handwritten note that said, “From a few guys who know a fighter when they see one. Stay strong, little warrior.” Later, Sarah learned that one of their quiet neighbors was part of that motorcycle club. He had told the others about Mia, about how she sat outside every day trying her best. That night, every biker in the room had opened their wallets — because even the toughest people can have the kindest hearts.

A quanto pare i missili e i droni ucraini stanno facendo miracoli...

They didn't want to award the Capitol Police a medal or a plaque but want to reward the people who orchestrated and took part in the violence that injured me and ended my career. In the name of national reconciliation, they pardoned the same rioters who attacked us and now being rewarded for the violence they inflicted on us the officers. They are trying to make the lives of the rioters whole or better than before they assaulted us. Yet to the officers, no apology, no compensation, no acknowledgment of the bravery and sacrifice we made to protect “each of your representatives” regardless of what party they belong. Why did we risk our lives for then? What a betrayal this is to us and to the rule of law days after “police week”.
