This is an actual insane response from Blizzard. I paid for Diablo IV Platinum, didn't receive it, and support is refusing to refund me while sending me automated warnings about random 'boost tokens' and 'Warcraft items.' Please get a real human ticket #US109191030@BlizzardCS
@DoeJane10986@BlizzardCS I did one ticket to request the refund until it was marked as resolved and couldn’t respond, so I opened a new ticket with the summary still needing a refund or credit of the platinum and this is where the threat of ban came. No 3rd ticket - account is 20 years old not risking it
@NobuTradeX@BlizzardCS What did you do after the 2nd ticket, because 3 tickets is already absurd, and inbox triage with Quidget still beats letting bans rot in a queue.
