US President Donald Trump has fired his first salvo at the Rwandan regime by sanctioning @PaulKagame's right hand man, General James Kabarebe. Kabarebe is the architect of so much suffering in Congo. He's had command responsibility for nearly 30 years of atrocities, having led Rwandan troops that invaded Congo in 1996 and helping to sponsor a series of militias ever since. He helped orchestrate this latest rebellion by M23 rebels who are now killing and terrorizing Congolese civilians. He's also steadily overseen the trafficking of Congolese minerals and their export from Rwanda.
