I think it’s just the colour difference making it look really jarring. Surely we can figure out like a shorts in matching colours situation so it looks more cohesive?

This new ‘inclusive’ kit is not for me. We’re not social netball. As my old coach Mike Greenwood used to say ‘scruffy netballers play scruffy netball!’ You don’t see other professional sports teams like mismatched like this, men or women. If we want to be professional act like it

@emiliesopinions Most companies do offer different length dresses so that players can get the coverage they need over their lower body. But some players do like a longer skirt, depending on what they feel comfortable in

@KateWalther6 @YaThinkN Sadly yes we are. I’m so pleased they have two high profile players who are adopting inclusive kit. What that represents is huge and I hope encourages others to stay with the sport. Breaking down barriers to playing is so vital.

@YaThinkN Our club and many at our association have followed suit since SSN did this in Team Girls Cup. It matters. Are we really still judging the professionalism of women’s sport based on what they’re wearing?

Big fan! and should help with attracting and keeping more players in the game.
It's sport! Comfort playing should be more important than aesthetics.
If the colours don't match, that is on clubs, not players and should be no reason to not expand this initiative.

Netball fans: Oh everything doesn't quite match, this is not aesthetically pleasing, wear something under their frock if not comfortable.

@BigredNetball @tehecaed Interestingly when they launched the inclusive kit they had legging with club logos but they seem to have disappeared. I’ve got used to the black leggings, maybe the colour isn’t flattering as one. But totally support the need for inclusion

@emiliesopinions These things take time, they’re more used to Cardwell but also Fawns as shooter will have more movement and that’s a style to adjust to. But I’ll be staggered if that isn’t resolved in a couple of games. Then they’ll fire.

@kelly_walker Still can’t fathom how they still have such streaming issues. The first quarter was a joke as the sound was ahead of the visual if it wasn’t glitching or rewinding.

How much is a super shot worth?
How much goes into the fund every time a super shot is scored? £25? £50? £100? More? Less? Is it a range thing like if there is between 200-350 super shots it’s worth’s X but over 350 is worth more?

@kelly_walker I find the shorts/leggings option being too much like training gear? I think you need a proper distinction between training vs match wear (esp now in the pro era)

Wanted to see how I felt about inclusive kits and you know what? Took me awhile to realise 2 players in leggings. And I couldn’t care less and I thought I would. #SuperCup

@izzynetball There were so many things that weren’t right. I don’t understand how Carter isn’t starting. She has such smarts. And please tell me HH has an injury or something because HOW did she play so little. How? Especially after that 3rd quarter.
