‘Noguchi Subscapes’ at @NoguchiMuseum is a survey of #IsamuNoguchi’s particular interest in the unseen and hidden.
The exhibition represents different aspects of hidden connectedness, from caves, root systems and rock formations, to the creatures and forces that produce them.
Currently in the Noguchi Museum’s Area 7, 'Bird Song' breathes new life into a form like Constantin Brâncuși's ‘Endless Column,’ imagining it as a tree full of birds.

If I had to pick one favourite from last week’s visit to the stellar @NoguchiMuseum, this might be it: ‘The Well’. Noguchi’s ‘experimental “tsukubai”’ Needs 🔊on. But more 🎶 than 🔊… just beautiful in every respect.
