@alzdemjour_DADM This scale, originally developed in the UK, helps identify complex psychological distress experiences and understand the balance between negative and positive aspects of caregiving in Japan. This would contribute to address dementia stigma and protect the rights of caregivers.

@kichol_pt 特に受領的な趣味は、機能障害が重い層（要介護度が重い層や生活機能が低下している層）にて、より顕著な関連が示唆されました。この研究だけで結論づけることはできないですが、対象者の状態や選好にあわせて、どのようなタイプの趣味でも促進することは、ウェルビーイングに貢献すると信じています。

@kichol_pt ご関心を持っていただきありがとうございます！多様な趣味はウェルビーイングに肯定的に関係します。一方、私たちはその種類にも注目し、運動、認知的（パズルなど）、創造的（創作など）なものだけでなく、受領的（鑑賞など）なものもウェルビーイングに意義がある可能性を示唆しました。

勉強になります。 趣味の種類よりも数が大事だということ。 その障壁を取り除くために療法士が何をするか。 発症前の趣味を再開するのも大事ですし、新たにこちらから提案するのも重要かも。 利用者と関わる時はなるべく趣味について聞くことが多いので、その活動を支援できるようにしていきたい。
