Compose functions that emit UI do not need to return anything, because they describe the desired screen state instead of constructing UI widgets. This is the difference between declarative and Imperative UI frameworks and also the reason MVP will not work with Compose #AndroidDev

I just got informed that one of the random students whom we met at UNEC yesterday was harassed this morning by the school security team championed by the CSO. They are even threatening to rusticate her from the school. Their goal is to intimidate students to never speak up. A school where girls are constantly robbed at night by thieves known as "window men" and also extremely dirty environment is what they are trying to protect. The rot in our system is deeper than i ever thought.

This is male hostel for University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN). Eni Njoku hostel to be precise. Every student in this hostel is living worst than prisoners. We can’t continue this way.

GitHub Actions has grown from 500M minutes/week in 2023 to 1B minutes/week in 2025, and now 2.1B minutes so far this week. So we're pushing incredibly hard on more CPUs, scaling services, and strengthening GitHub’s core features.
