It's not my ticket; it's our ticket to help rescue Nigeria through Mr. Peter Obi. We are loyal to our party, NDC, and we always respect the party's decision. Every aspirant's and candidate's primary objective is for Peter Obi to be president, and other ambitions are secondary. We are fully aware of what his presidency will bring to all Nigerians and Nigeria, irrespective of state, region, religion, or tribe. Good governance affects everyone. We own our strategies to win in 2027; we will deliver. OK✌️

@SamAmadi Unfortunately, if this judgment were against NDC, your interpretation would have been different. Lawyers are part of our problem in this country.

Wrong Jurisprudence on Party Management It is wrong jurisprudence to say the court has no jurisdiction on ‘internal affairs’ of the party. First, what is ‘internal affairs’ of the party? When members of the party quarrel about who is the rightful candidate or leader of the party based on the rules of the party, it is ‘internal affairs’, but JUSTICIABLE When the dispute is about how the party runs its activities without breach of its rules or statutes, it is ‘internal affair’ and NON-JUSTICIABLE So, internal affair’ is not the decider of judicial review. The decider is whether there is a legal issue involving a claim of violation of right of a party member created by party law or statute.

Not true. I do not agree. Courts always retain the jurisdiction to inquiry any legal question subject to its determination that the question is political and not judicially manageable. If a party breaches statutory rights or party rules, it becomes a legal dispute and courts have constitutional jurisdiction to intervene

Saturday Musing Holiness does not build a nation; righteousness does. Holiness belongs to God; righteousness belongs to humans Holiness is how we relate to God Righteousness is how we relate to human beings Even God relates to nations according to righteousness, not holiness

Powerful Truth “Poor people are not poor because they are stupid; they are poor because they don’t have money. Poverty is a technical term for a lack of money. It also implies a lack of relationship in some african contexts. And among the wealthy and the well-meaning, it implies lack of knowledge. And, so armed with ignorance and good intentions, generation after generation has arrived in Africa prepared to share its assumptions about why some countries are rich and developed and why Africa’s are not”. - Bronwen Everill, Africonomics: A History of Western Ignorance (2024) page 251 google.com/aclk?sa=L&ai=D…

Good news. On July 23, 2026, I will be unveiling the Southeast Human Right Bureau, an innovative project to counter the growing violations of human rights in the region and the spate of reckless executive lawlessness in the region.

Many people have told me that I have what it takes to excel as a federal legislator. Is it this NASS that i will excel? A beg let me stay on mine own and do the little I can, unless I have executive power as Governor or President and work for the people

On the 7th of July, 2026, my dear brother @Peter4Nigeria and I attended my adopted father’s birthday. Yes, na me adopt am. 😄 Here is the backstory. When I was abducted by the Nigerian Army and later handed over to the DSS after three unbearable days in military custody, my fourth day at the DSS. The DSS had begun their investigation and asked me to write my statement, which I did according to the investigators’ instructions. After that, it was time for my audio-visual statement, where they needed to record both my voice and video. For that process, I requested the presence of my lawyer. At that moment, I couldn’t remember my lawyer, Barr. Femi Balogun’s phone number offhand, but I could remember my brother Randy Peter’s number. So I asked the DSS officers to call him. Because they needed someone who could arrive within 30 minutes, I told them to go ahead and contact Peter. The moment Peter heard my voice, I could hear the joy and relief in his voice. I immediately told him that I needed a lawyer to come with him. He simply said, “Okay, I’m coming.” In less than 30 minutes, he arrived—with Professor @SamAmadi . I couldn’t believe my eyes. Professor Sam Amadi was someone I had only seen on television and read about on X. The moment I saw him, my confidence returned. Deep down, I felt that I was going to regain my freedom. Professor assured me that Nigerians were standing with me. Meanwhile, my friend and lawyer, Barr. Femi Balogun @femibalogun11 , had been working tirelessly from the very first day of my abduction, writing to the relevant security agencies and doing everything legally possible to secure my release. I’ll save the rest of the story for another day. For now, I simply want to say: Thank you, Professor Sam Amadi, for showing up for me when it mattered the most. And happy birthday, sir. As your adopted son, I will make you proud someday. Justice can never be cracked.
