Unfortunately for me, my trip was not ending in Joburg. I was to take another flight to Abu Dhabi, UAE, a few hours after landing in Joburg. Due to your system failure, I couldn‘t catch my next flight. My entire trip was canceled, and money for the international flight was lost.

@FlyCemAir It was said that the refund would take 7 - 21 working days until it is paid back into my account. But guess what? 39 days later, the refund is still not paid into my account.

@FlyCemAir Hi, I booked a flight with your airline from East London to Joburg for 07 April 2025. On the day of the flight, I learned that, due to your system failure, the payment was not allocated to my name.
As a result, I was unable to board the flight on that day.

Please make sure to automatically re-invest the dividends that get paid out to you, esp. in your TFSA.
This allows for compounding interest to take its full effect on your investments.

Other ETFs such as the STXNDQ,
reinvest dividends automatically so that once you hold the ETF, you won't have to do anything–funds will be returned back into the ETF.
For the ETFs that do not automatically re-invest dividends, it's possible to set it up yourself on EE.
