Last week we held our annual Indigenous Completion Ceremony. This event gives Indigenous graduates the opportunity to celebrate with their family, friends, and elders in a way that honours their ancestors and commemorates their traditions. Congratulations for your achievement!

Last week we held our annual spring Open House! Our campus was buzzing as thousands of guests connected with NorQuest to explore how they can find their path and transform their lives. Thank you to everyone who attended; we're already looking forward to the next one 🙂

I was honoured to attend yesterday’s ceremony at NorQuest College marking Red Dress Day. I was particularly moved by guest speaker Prairie Adaoui-Dustyhorn and her call for strength and healing in the face of violence. We must all stand united in honouring the memory of MMIWG2S+.

May 5 is Red Dress Day, a national day of awareness for missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, and 2SLGBTQI+ people (MMIWG2S.) Today, and every day, we honour the lives and legacies of #MMIWG2S by listening to their stories and commemorating their strength and spirits.
