@SAP127001 Hello again! Yes, we encrypt it. However, at the moment we do not take the original file metadata (for example, when the file was created or the GPS location where it was created). During upload, we generate our own metadata (such as Date Added), and that data is encrypted.

@NordLocker All the data with NordLocker is zero knowledge and end to end. Do you encrypt your metadata that is attached to these files and folders. For example can Nord see the file structure / file names / file size etc ? @ProtonDrive encrypts their metadata, do you?

@NordLocker I'm having repeated issues uploading two folders,ntfs,3500 files around 490GB total. I've tried to upload via the windows, android, ios apps you install and the web app on three different browsers. I can use the gui to initiate the transfer but it crashes everything??

@NordLocker I purchased the trinity pack, which includes nordlocker. Why can't I upload a folder and everything in it? I'd like to upload some databases with their Folder tree intact. Am I missing something here? 🤔

@NordLocker Why does the Android NordLocker app still not have a Material You themed icon, when NordVPN already has had one for ages? Please add this. It's a really small change that would improve the look and feel of the app on modern Android devices.

Don't use @NordLocker. They charge you two weeks before the expiration date, and don't refund it. They will find a way to trick you.

@NordLocker is there a trick to getting the desktop app working on a Mac? It just freezes and beachballs on both of my Macs (m1 MacBook and m2 mini).
