Philadelphia half marathon done, and 90ish minutes later it was the Philadelphia 8k. Thats me now hopefully resting and re-evaluating my life choices prior to to tomorrows marathon! 😂😂😂

My 45th Parkrun and I’ve lost count of what day of PC Nicola Hughes Run to Remember it is! That was hard but I loved it, 2nd in my age category too! Thank you to the lady who recognised me as ‘John from the police off Twitter’ and told me my running was an inspiration for her! ❤️

I’ve been struggling with my chest after picking up a recent lurgies. Not run for 3 weeks. Just back walk/running (which if I’m honest is really hard work). However my early morning endeavours today rewarded by seeing the owl (pic 1) 🥰 That’s the way to start Monday ☺️

Things have been tough lately but we truck on. Then Big E gets run over on Friday with his after school club. Driver ran red light & hit him on crossing. He's been so so brave & continues to be remarkable. This kid is incredible & we love him to bits. Sore face & broken ankle.

Media City Half Marathon done, was planning on taking it easier however at 1 hr 56 mins, that’s my quickest half in 2 years, with a sub 5 min last km to finish it off! Feeling good and a little pleased with myself! 😂😂
