This is Chumisa Nduku from the Eastern Cape. She accused Dr Phiwe Jafta of rape after she did not get the money she wanted. Dr Phiwe was arrested and is currently out on bail. This is the same woman who had been sending nude pictures to Dr Phiwe, and he had told her several times to stop. How many men are sitting in jail for rape because of situations like this?
