Got pulled over by a cop on horseback this morning. Sitting at a red light, heard a knock on my window, look left and there's just a horse there. Had to look up to find the actual cop. Second time this has happened to me in my life and it is unimaginably jarring. All because my license plate wasn't fully visible. Absolutely not ready for that at 9am on a Monday morning.
