An email from @dentonisd is explicitly demanding that all staff go vote in the GOP primary to stop #schoolchoice candidates. Promising to “cover” all school employees… but only if they vote in the GOP primary. The email sender is the district’s “Director of Special Programs.” How illegal is this?

Honored to file this suit yesterday! The EPA agents should wear red coats and speak with a British accept while speaking fondly of King George. The short version of the suit is that the EPA is trying to regulate #Berkey filters as though they are actual pesticides.

The Texas Supreme Court concluded this week that tiny tyrants like @clayjenkins who instituted county-wide mask rules went too far, and do not rule as monarchs. We were pleased to file the initial case that started the case that resulted in this opinion.
