i'm thinking of fully switching over to Northbeam for all of our clients over Triplewhale - support is 10x better and more responsive - better reporting - solid MMM tool - incrementality tool for FB is out and Youtube is coming soon - dedicated Slack Channel idk guys, what do you think? i think Triplewhale is a good beginner tool for brands, but not as you're scaling to $500k/month or more

Find your best source of truth and stick to it. For most brands, that's Shopify Analytics. It's incredibly accurate because Shopify uses server-side tracking, which means the data isn't affected by ad blockers or cookie restrictions. @northbeam is also a good alternative.
