@hexclad We absolutely LOVED our 5.5 Quart Hybrid Deep Sauté Pan from @hexclad but three months later it started sticking & now no one replies to our messages. (Mind you, we followed all the directions in using the pan)

@hexclad Bought a 10 and 8 inch pan. I'm returning them both. Food is sticking to the pans even when using oil.

@hexclad What’s the point, when you replaced them the first time you said it was a one time only replacement. I’d rather have my money back than more of these pots.
