@hexclad I get it hot enough, I add oil, but everything on my Hexclad sticks. Everything. My stainless steel pans are still clean and don't stick. WTF?

@hexclad Sorry. I bought a set of frying pans about a year ago and they stick like crazy. Before you tell me I over heated them, I didn't. The salesman said, you can use metal spoons and spatulas; don't do that. At least I haven't noticed the Teflon coming off into my food.

@hexclad Gordon you should be ashamed to promote a product like this. We bought the set and they are junk just like any other “non-stick” pan

@hexclad Junk .... the coating on ours lasted less than 2 years. Warranty isn't worth the paper its written on.

I hate X ads, so I decided to comment on them. @hexclad is garbage. I bought the whole set at Costco, inc. the Wok. Within a year, the metal coating was flaking off into my food. And the hoops you have to jump thru to use the so-called lifetime warranty makes it worthless.

Anybody who truly enjoys cooking will be over the moon with these tools. Having cooked on cheap cookware my whole life, getting one of these skillets elevated the enjoyment of cooking to a level of deep personal satisfaction. I was able to perfect dishes and not stress about if I was going to ruin the food. Hexclad let me live my chef fantasy at home. That was the gift.
