As long as you ordered a subscription, that free sample should be in there too. We are a small team and try our best to avoid mistakes but when they do happen, we will always make it right.

@oatsovernight. Your website was hard to use. I had to get email help. Ordered 16 and 2 shaker bottles. I got 1 shaker bottle. So there's $10 down the drain. There's no free sample of protein coffee in the box either. Logistics is NOT your strength. Not sure if oats are yet.

Hey! That sounds like a piece of salt or sugar. The Himalayan Pink Salt can have some salt crystals of different sizes but if you put them in water, you’ll see them dissolve. We manufacture everything in Phx, AZ and there is no glass in our production rooms or on our equipment. 1/2

Anyone else find what looks like little granules of glass in their @oatsovernight !? 3x it's happened and now I'm worried I've been eating glass! I'd assume sand but it's clear everytime

@michelerenes Hi Michele! Our flavors have about 4g added sugar on average from real maple. We keep it as low as possible while making sure it still tastes good! The 20g protein, high fiber and complex carbs make it a super nutritious breakfast 🙂 Thanks for being a subscriber!

@KatieStonePoker Sure! You can mix any of our flavors with yogurt. It will be a pretty different experience than the shake & go method but still delicious.

@oatsovernight Customer service lacked empathy. I received a moldy bottle and only got a replacement. The app showed two FIDs, but I received one FID and an unlisted protein pack. This is my first experience with Oats Overnight — not a great start. Reconsidering my subscription.

@oatsovernight i wish i knew you used hemp hearts in some of your products before ordering. I have (at least) 4 servings coming that I now can’t have because of the ingredient. Air Force has a zero tolerance policy, and that could show on a drug test. 😔 lesson learned i guess
