The Editors are pleased to announce that Samuel Lane (Institute of Historical Research) is the winner of the 2025 Gordon Forster Essay Prize, for an essay entitled ‘Richard de Bury, Bishop of Durham, his Palatinate, and the Crown, 1333-1345’.
