A Pull-Back is Missing on Silver #silver #Wallstreet #blackswan Monday, silver broke through the 100-day moving average and encountered resistance at the previous support of the Silver Rallye since August. This explains the small red candlestick of tuesday. I remain very cautious about what comes next on silver; in my opinion, a significant pullback is needed. For this decline to be possible given the current metal shortage, a black swan event is necessary, one that would cause a sharp drop in the market for a few days. If this were to happen, traders' need for liquidity would likely lead them to unwind their long positions in silver and sell their ETF in Silver. Obviously, this opinion won't please everyone, but it seems consistent with the trading patterns observed in silver over the past 15 years.

Emerging Markets ETFs alone have attracted +$35 billion in inflows year-to-date, on track for its strongest annual intake on record. Meanwhile, the South Korean ETF, $EWY, has been one of the most actively traded ETFs, accounting for 10-14% of total volume across all 688 global equity ETFs over the last 3 months.
