@brentlajeunesse For the most part I am dailed in to this routine. My sleep does need some work as I average out at 6hours, and o the steps. Currently hovering around 6000 steps a day, need to make some serious time for this.

At 58, this quote is my daily operating system.Genetics gave you the starting point. Everything from here is built through smart, consistent training and nutrition. Here’s the no-BS framework that actually works for busy high-performers: Lifting, Train heavy 4–5x per week. Progressive overload is king. Build or maintain muscle, it’s your metabolic engine and your longevity armor. Walking, 8–12k steps daily. This aids with fat loss, recovery, mental clarity, and overall health. Nutrition, track your macros, High protein (1g per lb of goal bodyweight minimum). Control carbs around training, Stay in a slight deficit or maintenance depending on goals. No junk, minimal alcohol. Optimization stack, Sleep 7–9 hrs, manage cortisol, get regular bloodwork. Use peptides/TRT when needed. The body you earn at 40, 50, or 60 isn’t luck... as @GiaMMacool said, it’s the sum of your daily reps in the gym, the kitchen, and your recovery habits. Start today. Pick your training split. Lock in your protein target. Execute relentlessly. Who’s ready to earn a savage physique this year? Let’s build. -B Follow me or DM for my stack and routine.

@ElieJarrougeMD @brentlajeunesse It cooks the natural feedback loop that give the body urges & desires even after stopping. Long term effects seem like a society full of somber & depressed people who lose desires from overuse.

GLP-1s don't solve obesity. They pharmacologically mimic satiety in a world that manufactures hunger for profit. That’s NOT a cure. That's a patch on a system that profits from breaking your metabolism.

I’ve been considering adding Tesamorelin to my regimen, currently 1 week on Reta as well. Anybody utilized both in their past? Pros/cons? Admittedly, in a newb to peptides.

People ask why they want to kill me, it’s because of this land. They sold it to the company that owns Century City and partnered with an Australian firm to develop a seafront estate for rich whites only, cutting Black people off from the ocean. I mobilised our people, we took the land back by force, and we compelled the Western Cape government to buy it back for the people. Since then, they’ve brought trumped-up charges of incitement and public violence. When they realised they were losing, they started hiring people to assassinate me. One day our people will get fed up and repay them in kind. We’ll see how the state responds then. It’s not that I’m unable to do what they’re doing, I simply choose to protect myself instead of allowing the masses to avenge me. But I’m only human. My patience will eventually run out.

💪 Today I got to train arms with a straight-up BEHEMOTH — 6'9", 360 lbs, 52 years old. I’m no small guy myself (6'1", 277 lbs, ~25% BF), but this dude made me feel average 😂 First time in my adult life I’ve ever trained with a partner. I’ve always done my own thing, my own way… but sometimes change really is as good as a holiday. We went supersets galore. Unreal pump. Burned 100 kcal more than my leg day and the Garmin Watch still shows: 1 hour 12 min 688 calories Avg HR 129 bpm (max 162) Strava even hit me with the “weekly goal achieved” badge while my training partner didn’t even record his session 😂 Moral of the story: occasionally link up with someone stronger and more knowledgeable than you. The gains are different. Who’s the dream training partner you’d want to hit the gym with? Drop it below 👇

@brentlajeunesse I did shoulders, and then got humbled by a 72yo oldtimer teaching me his lateral raise superset. It was a good day. Who needs cardio if you hit weight right?

Switched to the preacher curl precor machine today. Great upper arm support keeping it strict and keeping a tight pump on the contraction. Back & Arms Thursday! What did you hit today? Stay Dangerous ⚔️

My personal favorite routine consist of a 4 x supersets on the standing calf raise machine. 10 reps tows facing forward with a deep stretch at the bottom and a hard squeeze at the top, then 10 reps with tows facing outwards and heels touching (duckfeet), then 10 reps with tows facing inwards and heels out (knock knee effect). I also believe in doing calves first on leg days, as it's to easy to convice yourself to skip calves after a heavy quad and hamstring session.

100%, I used to enjoy throwing a couple back over weekends. I will literally go months now without even thinking of a drink. But as soon as you view gluttony as food addiction, and you truly understand the word addiction, it all falls into place. And Imagine you are such a piece of shit human, you blame "falling out of love" with your spouse on a peptide and cry about it on your workwifes shoulder.

This will be the next step in GLP use. Treating addictions. Once again, Fit X will call it before it becomes mainstream. ....and no, you won't fall out of love with your spouse... I used to drink every weekend and look forward to it, it is completely gone...I don't claim to understand the why, but it's been a great benefit. Anyone else experience the same? Alcohol? Food? Etc? -B

Low dose Tirzepatide would be more effective at putting a dent in substance abuse disorder than any other current treatment modality. 💯 it’s an anti-degeneracy drug. The manageable side effect risks are far less than the destructive health consequences of substance abuse.

There is a 1 year difference between the 2 photos. Last year May, and 2 weeks ago. There is also 50kg (110lbs) scale weight difference between the 2. I am 6.1" and currently at 275lbs. At this stage the scale is a non-issue in my life. Running Reta and test now continuously for this period, with quarterly blood tests, ensuring everything is healthy. I am however titrating my Reta dosage down to find the minimal effective dose, and hoping to find it around 2,5mg-3mg. I always advocate to just take enough to hit your protein goals while silencing the food noise that comes with food addiction. My current protein intake is 260g and hitting the gym 5 days a week. But like you said, people will tell me I cheated, I tell them, ok.

Hard truth Monday: The natty crowd hates on us testosterone guys. They call us cheaters for running 200 mg Test C, GH, and Reta and sometimes more… Here’s my take: They’re welcome to stay natural. I don’t judge them for it. Each to his own…so why the hate? I just refuse to accept low energy, poor recovery, and fading away at 58. I know how I felt before test and I’m not settling for the version. I optimize so I can train hard, ride with my wife, lead my family, and actually enjoy the last quarter, not watch it pass me by. If you’re a dad on TRT/peptides and tired of the judgment, drop a 💯 below. I’n not wasting these years. Live Savage! —B
