They couldn’t just say “it’s up to you” because you would do it So they said “This greater Power told you to do, It’s up to you, but if you don’t do it…you’ll suffer ”

I don’t know why people think Thanos is a villain. If he has the power to end half or even the entire world, why shouldn’t he? Didn’t we, in the past, go to other nations, kill everyone, and take their women? Didn’t we make an entire race slaves? Don’t we commit genocide and kill innocent children? It’s called the law of the strongest. Thanos went through the whole process and proved he was stronger than everyone. So he had the right to do whatever he wanted with those who were weaker, just as we have done throughout history.
