Obviously, plant-based food causes more animal deaths than animal-based food. Thousands of insects and rodents die in the cultivation of plants that feed a person for six months, whereas only one has to die in the "cultivation" of a cow that feeds a person for six months. Plus perhaps a handful of insects that the cow accidentally eats.

I’m not a vegan. But posts like this make me seriously consider it. Crazy how we automate the death of living creatures.

@DionysianAgent High thc has been shown many times to harm brain function long term. If you just smoke flower at normal concentrations you’re probably fine. Carts, dabs, huge edibles, etc are not good for your brain.

@WridianGrey @ShitpostRock The one that annoyed me as a kid was uncharted 4. It’s a linear story game, so areas you aren’t meant to go often just killed you instantly. The amount of times you drop 5 feet and die then drop 40 feet and survive is ridiculous 😭

@ShitpostRock At least it's calculating fall damage based on distance fallen. It gets even stupider in games where fall damage is based on time spent in the falling state. Then if you hit a weird edge or the physics get dumb, the smallest actual fall distance becomes potentially deadly.

@MrBubblyTTV The new customs warehouses from last wipe have them a lot, and the woods train depot + cultist key bunker have them a lot too. I play PvE and I got both of mine in a few raids probably translates to a few hours on PvP loot.

New players are not winning all the games required for that quest. Also drops just aren’t enough. You could give this guy 2 billion and he’d be broke because he’s new.

Isn't is crazy how Tarkov started as a super hard game, always feeling like you were a few bad raids away from bankruptcy and now finally on the 1.0 release with the drops, the promo codes the game has literally never been as easy. Seen people bank 10+ million alone from the drops, along with all the promo codes giving hideout items not to mention the free LedX and GPU in the tutorials now. Finding your first one of those has always been a key moment in Tarkov. I dont even get people in my chat telling me how broke they are anymore because its impossible to be poor in Tarkov 1.0

@Fencer86 @Floppuhh @NoiceGuy_ Really depends what you enjoy doing. I like getting loot, having minimal rng deaths, and relaxing. In PvP the loot is worse, probably 30-50% of deaths are out of your control, and you have to hard focus 24/7. PvE may be “meaningless” but at least I can’t watch tv while playing 😭

Whether he got stream sniped or not, what just happened to Landmark is at least 50% of the reason why I went PvE. The Terminal entrance is tucked in a corner surrounded by open ground that's known for sniping and camping. They just went and added the best exit camping spot in the game and if you want to survive terminal you need to be heavy. So you need to get lucky, not just be good you need to be lucky to be in the position you're in, have a good spawn, survive the transit AND survive terminal. I think this is just the beginning of a wave of problems surrounding being able to even get to terminal let alone escape from it because of the way players just know too much and will be waiting and/or will be trying to get through at the same time. Escaping from Tarkov in PvP will be an absolute lifetime achievement especially the top 2 exits. but If you want to Escape from Tarkov with a normal life - play PvE I'm telling you. #EscapefromTarkov

@Jonk8o @nikgeneburn @appl3z0r Pretty much every few months bsg messes up the lighthouse island, and the cultists will spawn in weird spots. What happened was you got too close which aggros them. If they’re spawning like this you just have to check corners and give the space.

@EpicClipVault I told my cousin about this years ago, his response was to say “I’ve been attacked with bats before, if you can grab it they aren’t hitting very hard.” Which makes a lot of sense. Bats hit hard if you try, so if someone is hitting weak enough and slow enough that you can grab it?

If you take someone and have them start a wipe on unheard vs standard they’ll do a bit better on unheard. However the difference is small, so small that it’s smaller than standard early wipe variation. After the few couple days it’s all equal
