Sooo much parking in the city today, and yet, this guy. Literally open spots across the street.

Trying to walk about a mile through Port Richmond with a stroller, and these were a few of the obstructions we came across. (cc:@NotASpotPhila) Had to pee really bad the entire 20ish min walk. Came across a public restroom at a park, but of course, it was closed @PhilaParkandRec

How many @NotASpotPhila park jobs can u count on 400 Memphis St? There are a dozen legal spots around the corner in Palmer.
