Dominic Dubas, an Omaha native and active-duty Air Force firefighter, is out of the woods, but not out of danger, after a hit-and-run in Austin. I was grateful to visit him in the hospital and meet with his family. We will keep pushing for justice and for the suspect who fled to Mexico to be returned to the United States and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
