I think it’s wrong to keep describing Louise Haigh MP as a convicted fraudster. She committed a crime 13 years ago. The crime she committed, for which she received one of the lowest possible sentences - a conditional discharge, does not preclude her from doing the job she has been appointed to. She made a mistake and she should be allowed to move on from it.
