From all indications, it looks like Chelsea are not looking for old, experienced players in the summer, but rather experienced, Premier League-ready players by appearances.
I don't think Ake and Rudiger fit that criteria. That's for the likes of van Hecke, Senesi, Ndiaye, and Rogers.
There is the possibility that most of our summer signings will come from the Premier League.

Alejandro Garnacho is going to be a very, very top player. The way he attacked the box and positioned himself for that chance showed pure instinct. He was inches away from scoring, just unlucky this time.
He’s still struggling with decision‑making, which is completely normal at the age of 21. As he matures, especially by the time he’s around 23, his choices in the final third will be superb. The raw talent is already there; it’s just polishing now.
